WHO IS LCCA?
1978
Our Humble Beginnings

Established in 1978, the London Chinatown Chinese Association (LCCA) was founded to foster the growth of businesses in Chinatown and to represent British Chinese communities in engaging effectively with the British government. The following year, LCCA established the London Chinese Community Centre, which has since provided a wide range of essential services for the many Chinese living in the United Kingdom. LCCA has also been committed to the preservation of Chinese culture, arts, and heritage. It has served as a vital outlet for Chinese businesses to voice their concerns, helping to bring about better conditions and greater prosperity for the whole of Chinatown. Working in partnership with the local council and other stakeholders, LCCA remains dedicated to ongoing development and improvements to meet the area's changing needs.
